NAME : GAYATRI SANDIP SUTAR

Gayatri Sandip Sutar is a commerce graduate and she has also completed her CA Inter. In 2006, on an auspicious day of Dasara, she started her own enterprise named as “Dolphin Commercial Services”. After 2000, Government decided to enter in Electronic mode of compliance and started accepting various compliances through online utilities. It was newer concept at that time, and hence with futuristic approach and vision, Mrs. Gayatri decided to enter into vast field of online services. In Oct, 2006 she started first Tax Information Network (TIN-FC) in Satara and thereby entered on new horizon. After 2006 till now during these 15 years, Dolphin Commercial Services has created framework of online compliances through its number of services e.g. TIN-FC, Digital Signature, Online Returns, TDS Compliances, Income Tax, VAT returns, Shop Act, FSSAI registration, e-Tending, e-Auction, Company Registration, ROC Compliances, Incorporation Services, Compliance Services etc. She also added Account Writing Services, Tax Compliance Services, Investment Consultancy, IPR Consultancy, Finance Consultancy and Firm, AOP, Trust, Society related services. With an intention to expand these services to geographically wide area, she started her Private Limited Company under name and Style as “Emergine Bizguru Pvt Ltd”.
